When will you deliver my order?
A:
Your order will be delivered in 48 hours. Most orders will take a FULL 24 hours to deliver. Scripts over 600 words will take longer. If you would like your order faster, please purchase the "Extra Fast Delivery" gig extra for priority delivery. Only scripts 500 words or less qualify for Extra Fast.

What is "Commercial Rights"?
A:
If you intend to use the voice over for ANY business-related purposes, you will need to purchase the Commercial Rights gig extra.
Q:
Do you offer revisions?
A:
Yes! If I make a mistake on my end, I will make a revision for free. If YOU make a mistake or change the script in ANY way after the voice over has already been delivered, there will be additional charge for revisions.

What audio format do you provide?
A:
Standard audio format I provide is .MP3 (320kbps/441hz/24bit). If you require .WAV format or any other specific export format, please select the "HQ Audio file" gig extra when you order.

What time zone are you located in?

What accent and language do you offer?

At Digito Marketing we offer a standard American English accent, British English accent, Australian English accent, Indian English accent, Nigerian English accent and many other accents and languages as you can see from other gigs. Review our demo Audios/Videos to hear various accents. NOTE: If your script contains words that are foreign to me in a different language, there's no guarantee I will be able to pronounce them properly. Please message me first if this applies to you.

Is there anything you won't record?
A:
We don't record hateful, derogatory or vulgar language. We also do not record testimonials or anything that I believe may be misleading or related to a scam. We reserve the right to deny any work that we do not feel comfortable voicing.

Do you make videos?
A:
This gig is strictly for voice overs. You will only be receiving AUDIO files. But if you want our team to make videos for you, then order a specific video gig where your voice over can be used.
Q:
If there is a mistake in the script, can you correct the audio after it's been recorded?
A:
Definitely. There is an extra charge for correcting any mistakes after your project has been recorded, if it's a mistake on your part. If I make the mistake, it is free of charge.
Q:
When you add background music, do you provide the music?
A:
Yes, I have an extensive library of royalty-free music to choose from. Just tell me the style and tempo of the song you'd like or go to audioblocks.com and choose the music track you want and send me the link to it.
